Windows 10: App icons disappeared due to Ctrl + Shift + T

Discus and support App icons disappeared due to Ctrl + Shift + T in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I went on Chrome and wanted to recover deleted recently closed tabs so O pressed Ctrl + Shift+ T.     App icons disappeared due to Ctrl + Shift + T


    I went on Chrome and wanted to recover deleted recently closed tabs so O pressed Ctrl + Shift+ T. The tabs did appear in another Chrome window but it seems that my Microsoft also opened another window because my other apps disappeared. I opened Task Manager, those apps are still working yet even Alt + Tab can't reach them. What to do here?
