Windows 10: App installed but not showing in Microsoft store library or search

Hi,I can't recall when I downloaded Adobe XD but its on my windows and after searching for it's location I found it in the WindowsApps folder,Now I wanna uninstall it but I can't because it's not showing in my Microsoft store library or search results.I tried deleting the file from WindowsApps folder but It was denied.Any help ?

Microsoft Store showing no apps in library

I noticed some of my apps not working right. I went to the Microsoft Store and checked the library and installed apps. Both show no apps. Reset the store and have the same problem.

No it did not work and step 2 is incorrect there is no Microsoft Store listed under Apps & Features or maybe this shows there is another problem. I did reset the store using the WSReset command. But no it did not work.

This answer did NOT answer the question. You answered about Uninstalling an app. The question relates to REMOVING the listing of the app from the Microsoft Store Library listing altogether.

I understand the rationale for having the app still listed in the Store's Library. It's in the event someone decides to reinstall it at some later date, so they won't have to endure the "chore" of searching for it again.

But what happens if an app is installed and the user hates it, uninstalls it and then decides to NEVER reinstall it ever again? It is to this scenario that the original question refers. So, in this specific scenario is there a way to remove the app (not merely HIDE it from view) from the Microsoft's Store Library listing of apps on a given PC? Yes or No? If no, so be it.
