I am trying to update my camera but I am failing its saying App Installer failed to install package dependencies. Ask the developer for package.

im trying to install asphalt 8 airborne using appx file and im getting this error

I would like to get at least some kind of statement should I reinstall all the devtools packages or is there something wrong with the dependencies. See following printout:
