Windows 10: App Installer Launch button does not work when reinstalling a previous version of a .Net...

I have packaged a .Net Framework 4.6.1 application using the command line to create a MSIX package. The application installs properly. The situation is that if version 2 is installed and I clicked the version 1 MSIX packed, reinstall of version 1 is successful but the "App Installer" application's Launch button does not work. Also, the notifications section, on Windows 10 Version 22h2 Build 22631.3007 has a notification with a Launch button but does not work either. The application has been reinstalled but Launch button does not work.The event viewer does not show any problems on Application a

Cannot reinstall .Net Framework (even though I need to)

Previous versions of Microsoft .NET Framework are preinstalled on the computer. You can install the
4.7 version on top of it, however, considering that the system is currently having issues with the previous version, we first suggest uninstalling the
4.6.2 version using the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel.
• Choose Programs and Features.
• Click View installed updates.
• Select Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2828152) and then choose
  Uninstall.

After successfully uninstalling it, you can then proceed in installing the latest version of
.NET Framework.

Uninstalled app can't be reinstalled.

I was having trouble with an app. The developer suggested I uninstall the app, then reboot, the reinstall it. I uninstalled the app. I rebooted. I went to the store to reinstall it and the store says it is already installed and provides a "Launch" button.
But the app is NOT installed. It doesn't show up in the list of apps. And clicking the "Launch" button does nothing.

So now I am stuck with a paid for app that I can't get reinstalled.

How do I get around this?

3DMARK05 no install (remove previous version)

Just like the title says .I couldnt remove old install with add remove so I removed all folders and registry entries for 3DMARK05 but still same error remove previous version then the app stops the install . Big Time Bummer*Bang Head :banghead:
