Windows 10: App not showing UI / Display on the screen

Hello, we got a problem with a windows 10 pc:Somehow the windows edge and the explorer is just bugging "out of screen", they ain't bugging out of screen but they ain't displaying. They are on the taskbar, but not on the screen.PC restart, trying to get it out of out of screen did nothing. Maximizing them is also not fixing this issue. Since the edge is bugged, we are using chrome currently and igrnored the problem. Now the explorer has the same bug, that's something we can't ignore, since it is the most important tool. This is the first time seeing such a bug, my personal pcim writing on this

4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).

App Display issues with windows 10

As per the issue description you are facing issue with fonts which get messed up.

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

  Whether your computer is connect to a Domain?
  

I would Suggest you to try these steps if the computer is not connected to a Domain.

In Windows 10, you can now set DPI (Dots per Inch) scaling to make text and other items, such as icons, fonts, and windows, to display larger or smaller for all displays or per-display.

Windows 10 DPI scaling improvements are primarily focused on:

•Optimizing the usability and readability of high-DPI displays

•Providing a uniform experience multi-display systems

•Empowering developers to optimize app-specific scaling based on display DPI

If you are running a screen resolution of 1366x768 on a tablet, chances are that UI will look good at 100% DPI settings. But what about when you connect your system to an external high resolution display? In Windows 8 you can choose either 100% to
optimize the UI on the tablet display or up to 150% to optimize the UI on the external display. You have to compromise.

Windows 10 takes care of this issue by supporting per-display DPI scaling to address. By default, Windows 8.1 will choose the optimum DPI scaling value for each display based on the value chosen for overall scaling in the control panel.

You can change Modern UI text size by following the steps provided below.

•Press Windows key

•Click on Settings.

•Click on System.

•Click on Display.

•Now change the font size according to your choice.

It is important that you have the correct screen display and resolution. We suggest that you perform the following steps to reset the monitor settings:

• Boot your computer in
  safe mode.
• Once in safe mode, right-click the desktop > Screen Resolution.
• Change the display settings back to the original configuration.
• Restart your computer.
