Windows 10: App not Working

hi i downloaded an app called M-Air edit pc v 1.15 it's used to connect a mixer with the pc. it's a 32 bit app that doesen't need any installation. it works on my old pc with windows 7 but on my new laptop it's not working at all. in the task manager it's shown as a background process not as an application and the app won't open anyway. i've tryed everything really everything. need help

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
