Windows 10: App, process or program opens and closes immediately around 1x per minute, very annoying!

I have made a video of it and tried to pause it because it flashes very fast but there is no info anywhere about what program or what this is, it's the white box and it flashes once a while or sometimes a few times after eachother. Please assist, thanks.I already did virus scan by Avast & Malwarebytes, updated drivers and turned on & off multiple times, nor is anything in the startup menu that's different from first.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

When that app shows on your Desktop on the Processes tab in Task Manager, do you see an app opening and closing there?

If not, in Task Manager, select the Startup tab and disable any 3rd party app from starting up there, then restart your PC and check if that app continues to show up.

It is normal to have many versions of svchost running, they are usually all Windows system processes.

Open the Store app, then click the Library button at the bottom left and update all apps from there, then restart your PC to see if that stops that window appearing on your Desktop.

Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

Select the Logon tab at the top of Autoruns, please provide a screenshot of all the processes listed on that Logon tab.
