Windows 10: App says Not compatible w/ Win10 but gets migrated from W8.1

Ok,

this app, called TIMVision - something like Netflix for the italian broadband provider - says it's compatible with WP 8/8.1 and W10Mobile, but only with Windows8/8.1 on PC. No Win10 PC version offered.

When picking from my previous library of the Win10 store on a brand new device (Win10 Home 32bit) it says it's not compatible, infact, and the Store don't even show it while searching.

BUT..

On another device that came with 8.1 and I upgraded yesterday to Win10.. well.. the app got migrated and - partially I may say - is working.

I was expecting it totally not functioning because I know it uses silverlight as the streaming platform and I suspect it got deprecated in Win10. Still, even without Silverlight installed, the app runs and I could see some movies streamed.

THEN THE QUESTION:

Is it possible to get the hands on the appx package officially from the store and try to deploy it via PowerShell on the other device (the one that came directly with W10)? I am the owner of the license for both the machines, as they share the same MSA.

I'd use Edge for using the steaming service in the browser, but as I said, this thing works with obsolete Silverlight, so no avail. The only way is using IE11, but it's such a mess using that thing in Tablet Mode (the site itself, TIMvision: film e serie tv in streaming - senza interruzioni pubblicitarie | TIMvision is so badly coded that you can't even open the Search box without the use of a hovering mouse in IE)..

It's incredible Win8 can have more apps than Win10 compatible. But that's how the developers react to the changes..

Since today, i cannot migrate due to Cisco VPN not compatible, even after uninstalling - Now also Graphics card not compatible, although it defo is...!

i have been migrating 1 user a day from Win7 to win10 at work. First 2 weeks ok. Now since monday, i am getting graphics compatibilty failures on desktops and laptops, despite the machines being identical and the previous installs had no such problem.
Even swapped cards out of the win10 machines into Win7, and still the checker says its not compatible. This has ground my migration to a halt as i tried everything i can think of.

1. Local win10 migration icon says Cisco VPN compatibility error - Despite it now being uninstalled, folder deleted and winfix removal app also run.

2. Web Migration assistant says its a Graphics card issue, despite having rolled out 4 identical laptops in a row...!!!! HELP PLEASE...

How can each checker come up with a different issue on the same machine....?
