Windows 10: App settings

Hi I'm with Windows 11 and when I try to get apps outside of Microsoft I'm being preventedTherefore when I tried going onto the settings under apps and click on advanced settings I'm not given the icon that says choose Normally I would click on the arrow under the heading Microsoft only and change it to everywhere/anywhere but I'm not given that choice all I have is "share across devices icon

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Desktop HTML shortcuts being listed in Apps under settings?

A friends Win 10 installation is listing Desktop HTML shortcuts under Apps in the Setting App listing. Seems to have happened after he downloaded and installed a program in support of some two way radio equipment. System Restore does not correct the problem. Suggestions appreciated.
