Windows 10: App Store tester reporting error that cannot be replicated

I'm submitting a UWP application with a full trust process to the app store. I have personally installed/tested this application via the sideloading on 4 different machines:* a windows 10 vm* a windows 11 vm* a windows 10 desktop* a windows 11 desktopIn all cases, the app works as expected. However, when I upload the .misxbundle created by the same build processes that generated the sideloading artifacts to the app store, certification fails with the tester reporting that the application crashes at launch with no error message. Seeing as I cant replicate it myself, what can I do about this sit

I from the google play store installed the authenticator app.. I did not realize I was a beta tester.. ???How do I stop my android device from creating bug reports (NPD26.48-24-1) from my shut down menu......I have uninstalled the app , but still have
the bug report on the menu..

I just want it gone

• Did you get any error messages when you're trying to open Windows Store apps?
  
• Which version of Windows are you using?
