Windows 10: App will not launch "New Message"

I have an android phone and I use PhoneLink with multiple computers. On my primary computer, I can read and respond to messages in the recent list, but if i click "new message" the app crashes instantly, every single time. I have crash files on disk but my IT team can't analyze them and suggests diagnosis would need to come from Microsoft. I have updated the Phone Link app on the computer, and on the cell phone, but the issue has persisted across multiple versions.My IT team suggests that the app could be crashing due to some very specific combination of factor

Suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search bar and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Get Started app wont launch

Their is no error message in opens for like half a second then closes, and the Option Windows Store Apps is not there

New Clipboard app will not open / launch

I have installed a new app from the Store.It is

ClipBoard Fast Copy Paste and Share Pro

I have not been able open / run / launch it. I have a Desktop shortcut icon, a Taskbar icon, and a Tile in the Start Menu and have repeatedly clicked each one, selecting both Open and run as Administrator without success. As I cannot oen it I have no access to whatever help info might be there or the email address of the Developer. With regard to the latter, the app listing in the Store does not have the usual info there. I have drawn a blank from an online search, the app is listed but only takes you to the relevant Store page. Any suggestions?
