Windows 10: App windows auto-minimize when I'm adjusting the screen location of the active app? [how to...

Mods, I'm posting this in settings because I don't know if this is settings, ease of use, personalization, or something else - please feel free to move this post if you know where it goes.Occasionally, when I am repositioning the active app, all other apps will minimize themselves - leaving me with just my active app and the desktop. This also happens sometimes when I am on Teams calls repositioning the window and it minimizes all the documents I had open for reference during the call. This occurs with multiple apps, not just Office/Microsoft so I'm assuming it is a windows setting, and I'd

images: for ppl that use lots of image apps

image app/site where you can it takes 2 images and auto-puts them side by side into 1 image

there was an image app a long time ago that does this, i've no idea what the name was tho
maybe there's something that is current & better

minimal requiremetns

1. should take a few steps (2 or so steps) just like that prevous app/site
2. app/site needs to have a specfiic feature specifically for this
3. should be free ofc for such a simple thing

since many ppl dont use many image apps, this may be a hard find

 

Minimizing App Window Causes it to Disappear

Why do you minimize an app to move it to the other monitor? Just click on Title bar and drag it. You can also use Control+Windows key+left/right arrow (on active window).

Once on wanted location (if you do this often), close the app and open again. It should open on the same location as it was closed.

So yeah, there's a lot of reasons why Steam Link would get rejected.

App submissions and approvals is a thing between developer and Apple. Valve intentionally let this information leak probably because Apple's restrictive guidlines will never allow Steam Link to be on the store. Valve is hoping the Steam user base makes a lot of noise so Apple grants Valve and exemption. I doubt it will work. Apple loves control and Steam Link is a portal into the Linux/Windows ecosystem. Even if Steam Link were exclusive to Mac OS, Apple would likely demand Valve use Mac OS's remote desktop features rather than Steam Link.

I'd be shocked if Apple allows it.
