    App won't connect; thinks I'm offline


    I'm reinstalling an app, which has always worked. When I try to log into the app to connect to my account, the app can't connect --it thinks I'm offline. I've successfully logged in to other apps, so why does this one resist? What do I have to check to fix the problem?Thanks.

    I have windows 10 and my printer is HP OFFICEJET PRO 8610. My laptop says it is offline What do I do?
