  1. App won't connect; thinks I'm offline

I'm reinstalling an app, which has always worked. When I try to log into the app to connect to my account, the app can't connect --it thinks I'm offline. I've successfully logged in to other apps, so why does this one resist? What do I have to check to fix the problem? Thanks.

    :)
