Windows 10: Appalling Customer Service on hacked account

How on earth do I get to speak to someone to report a fraud in uk? My account has been hacked and default email changed and I am now getting fraudulent purchases. This online customer service is appalling the nonsense about shortening wasted time is a joke! Thus is about sheer cost saving and lack of care for your customers because everything I have to do is centred on logging into my account which due to the hack I cannot do. There seems be no phone number available to call...disgraceful. Can anyone provide a phone number that still.works?

I am appalled by Customer Service

Customer service stinks. I've given up trying to make contact with them.

I too am appalled.

Absolutely shocking service.. even when you call them and speak to someone, if they do not know how to resolve your issue, they tell you that they will escalate it, and you then if you're lucky, it could be two weeks before you hear anything back.

One thing I have learnt.. when you speak to them, ask them for a service record number.

They are more likely to call you back, plus you have something to come back to them with at a later date.

 

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.

I sent a ticket I just hope they resolve it soon cause I really want to play Portal 2.

And I don't want him getting me banned.

But the scary thing is they hacked my Email account too!

I've changed the password but is that enough?

I scanned my Computer using malware and it got rid of 9 Nasty objects! Its been months since I did a scan and now I'm thinking this is how they got me.

Is a password change and malware scan removal enough to secure me? I made the password much harder than before.

Thinking about doing a reformat as well. Suggestions? Should I leave the hacked email account and make a new one?
