  1. Apparent sound problems regarding the volume level

Thank you to anyone who reads this.

The problem I have is that one day, out of nowhere, even with the volume at 100, my laptop speakers sound very low, almost like they had no sound. I did look it up and it tells me to go to a tab in the sound control panel called enhancements, however, my laptop does not have such panel. Additionally, I tried reinstalling the drivers and when I use my headphones to listen the sound is just fine. Is this a software problem that can be fixed? Is there anything I can do to make the speakers be normal again?

I already went to the communications tab on the sound control panel and selected do nothing when Windows detects other communications activity. Is the cause of this problem a virus? A potential hardware issue? A software issue? Sometimes, when I just started the computer, the speakers play normally for maybe 2-3 seconds and they then get low.

  3. Windows 10 Volume Problem (Volume Randomly Changes)

I had the same problem with the volume control suddenly automatically increasing to the maximum level for no apparent reason. After trying all other suggestions, I realized the problem might be in my keyboard. I had one of the newer Dell keyboards with sound
    controls included in the keyboard.

I switched my keyboard for an older keyboard with no sound controls. Bingo! The problem immediately disappeared and has never come back.
