AppData questions. How to clean, & how to back-up?

Question 1: How to clean the AppData folder. Currently it's taking up 15gb of my 100gb drive. So I would like to get rid of useless files to free up some space. I've read about it online, and know it can be risky to delete from here. I found out that almost half of it is taken by 2 programs both online card games. One of them, Pokemon Trading Card Game Online, is now defunct. I have uninstalled it. Can I just delete the whole PTCGO folder from AppDate>LocalLow ? The other is from a game I haven't played in awhile, but would like to revisit in the future. It's called Shadowverse. How shoul

    :)

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
