Windows 10: Appear to be offline

Discus and support Appear to be offline in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; I'm browsing using Edge, but when I click on an extension I wish to download I am informed that, "You appear to be offline" so am unable to continue....     I'm browsing using Edge, but when I click on an extension I wish to download I am informed that, "You appear to be offline" so am unable to continue.
    Would be grateful for any advise.

    RetailDemo Offline Content?


    Was cleaning up my 10162 install using cleanmgr. One option on the list was "RetailDemo Offline Content", it was 100MB. Not sure what this is, before I delete it. Suggestions?

    Printer appears offline for one pc in the network?

    Hmmm, this morning I had the same problem (which I solved the same way).

    There must be something which is causing the printer to appear 'offline' from my own pc...
