Windows 10: AppHangB1 error with game Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge

Hello, I have problem with game Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. I can't install game, because will crashing. I use Windows 11. In Windows 10 I haven't any problem. In Reporting Problems is showing AppHangB1 error.Video drivers is actual.

Tried to Install Red Alert 2 & Yuris Revenge, it was not successful. How does it works?

All these tips are great, but I tried to install RA2 from my disk even bypassed the Sold Out game install launcher and the game will not install.

So is there anyway to install onto win10 my RA2 and Yuris revenge with my disk? Or do I have to use Origin and if so how does that work with my disk?

I have the code key for the games would I need those for origin as I have an origin account?

Compatability Issues re: Command & Conquer "Red Alert II" (Yuri's Revenge) and "others" in series.

Sorry, I can't offer a definitive answer regarding these particular older games, or any help (only hope )

regarding their performance but my games, new and old, all run as well on Win10 as they did on Win7.

Not better, but a well. This includes games of this vintage ('96 for Red Alert) which I have downloaded

from GOG which installed with DOS BOX or ScummVM to allow them run on Win7 and beyond.

- Many games released earlier than 2000, and those release '98 and earlier in particular, tended to have

issues on Win7 too, but any fixes or tweaks that worked on Win7 will normally work on Win10.

- Regarding compatibility settings. Using a compatibility setting for Win95/98 may help with some things

(colour ?), but it can also affect performance, so if you must use a compatibility setting XP sp2

would be the best option regarding performance.

- You didn't specify which other forums you have been to, but because these were such popular games

there are many. Perusing the C&C specific forums would be your best bet.

disk based games that used either SecuROM or SafeDisk, and which have a driver file on the disk titled -
secdrv.sys -.

These game don't run slow though. They don't launch at all due to a malware developed by MS for Win10
