Windows 10: Apple AirPods micro partially doesn't work. Output is ok, input is not ok

Hello,For a few months now, my Surface Windows 11 has not been able to pick up the microphone of the regularly connected AirPods.So I have to use the headphones as output and the computer microphone as input but with a lot of discomfort because during the calls you can hear the ambient noises.I notice that audio driver is recentlu been updated. I think is it more or less since I was not able to use airpod's micro as input.I made some test and to obtain 22% I had to SCREAM!PS: Airpods are ok! I use it with my phone, television also with vocal remote control and Hi-Fi Stereo!No problem, I want t

Micro doesn´t work anymore after Windows 1909 update

Hello, thanks for reading this since that mean you are going to help me... Firstly, with microphone doesn´t work i mean it doesn´t get input sounds despite the fact it gets detected and apps are using it(It is shown by this new update in lower right corner).

It is not micro problem since I tested it 5 minutes ago on phone and Works fine.

This headset uses its own drivers(Plantronics Blackwire 5220 Series) and I already tried reinstall drivers. Sadly micro still doesn´t work.

Output device Works well, so after try everything I could try to fix it(Check micro settings, micro volumen....), I came up with two possible problems:

Windows configuration is glitched with the new update and micro volumen is in zero or it is muted somehow although it says 100 and it says it isnt muted(My headset has his own "Mute button", it is obviously syncronized with f4...) or, maybe it could be that
new driver called NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device(Wave Extensible)(WDM) could make this issue? I dont remeber have seen it before the Windows update, and in the log it says ROOT\UNNAMED_DEVICE\0000 requires of instalation; Controllers setting finished installation
of … state: 0x0 (the day I updated Windows.)

Hope you help me with this Windows Software issue as soon as possible.

PostScript: I checked integrated micro of my laptop and Works(But with horrible sound comparing it with the sound I have had with Plantronics headset) and I need to talk with high quality for my meetings.

 

Airpods sound settings output option

Good Day

I have a small question concerning pairing, connecting, and having the output speaker to be through the airpods

I know Apple airpods might not be compatible with windows, plus i saw the queston being asked more than once

no solution did help, tried the trouble shooting

it gets paired and connected, but nothing happens, it changes the status from connected to paired

plus what i noticed you don't even see the option in the sound settings to make the output through the airpods

the only Method, that I didn't try, is updating or installing software through the Device Manager-Bluetooth-mydevice(airpods) and to update it

cuz I'm afraid if this step is done, I might irritate or ruin the airpods software, risking losing them

DO YOU HAVE AN IDEA; IF IT'S A GOOD STEP OR AN IDEA OF SUCCESSFUL ONE ?

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
