    what will happen (and has already happened) is a developer tool to convert apps from iOS to windows. you would NEVER just run iOS apps. some developers already have access to these tools and some apps have already been made with them.

    if you are thinking that this would allow you to open the apple app store on your windows phone, you are wildly wrong.

    No. The apps must be made for Windows, you cannot install anything made for any Apple products on a Windows PC.

    Apple's iTunes has a Windows version but that is then no longer an Apple app, it's a fully "Made for Windows" app based on an Apple app.
