  1. Apple Device no longer showing up.

I was importing my photos from my iPhone 7 iOS 14.7.1 when it threw an error and stopped. Upon plugging it back in and accepting the prompt to allow access to photos and videos, I imported most of the rest before I got the same error. I attribute this part to a faulty cord, seeing as how it doesn't work at certain angles. Upon trying a third time with a different cord, it no longer prompted me to allow access to photos and videos, and I cannot see the device in file explorer. It still charges, and I can see "Apple Mobile Device USB Composite Device" under "USB Devices" in the device manager.

    :)

  2. Apple iPhone in Autoplay list

I am unable to remove the listing in Autoplay for Apple Iphone and I spent numerous hours trying to remove it with no luck at all. I followed the steps using the registry as well, still it is shown on the AutoPlay listing.
Spoke to one IT helpdesk agent and said the only way to get rid of it is to just reinstall Windows in order to remove that option from the list.

I even re-inserted my iPhone to my machine and uninstalled the drivers from Device Manager under Portable Devices.

Obsolete devices in Autoplay list multiple entries for same - Microsoft Community

Update >> I managed to remove it under Devices and Printers. Looks like it does not work under Device Manager.

  3. Apple Device's Will No Longer Connect With iTunes

You are not the first I have read about Apple devices not being recognized by iTunes on Windows 10. I personally admit my own iPod Touch is not recognized either.

I suggest you revert to a commercial copy of Windows such as Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 until Apple officially updates iTunes to support it.

In the mean time, make sure you report the issue to Microsoft using the Windows Feedback app.

Apple Mobile Device Driver not In Device Manager or Services

    Win 10 - Ipod classic.

I cannot sync my ipod. All the apple help and various links do not help - There is an assumption that the Apple Mobile Services is available either in the USB (device mgr), the program list or the Services section - neither of these are
the case for me. I have just installed iTunes from the Microsoft store - uploaded music from CD - connected my ipod classic - The ipod charges but does not get recognised as anything. It doesn't show as anything at all !.

Before you all moan about the ipod - I'm not going to buy another as I have the Bose sound dock and nothing newer fits its dock.

Please list steps as I'm not a computer whiz like most of you. Thanks in advance - I know there are others with the same problem on a closed thread that have this issue unresolved.
