Windows 10: apple earphones has a static noise and the mic is too low

When I talk to my friends they say I have a static noise at their end and my mic is too low. Also I have a static noise in my left earbud. It's not because the apple earbud is broken because I have tried another and had the same problem. Please tell me how to fix this problem in my computer.

Static noise on Coloud Pop

Hi,

Today I've bought a new Coloud earphone set - Pop. Sound test at the shop

is pretty fine.

However, when I was listening to music in the evening, I noticed hissing

static noise - low level but really annoying. ( 320kps music + Lumia 520)

Should I have an exchange for another one ? Or the problem is that my

earphone is not "burned" enough?

Earphone w/mic problem... the earphones are acting as a mic!

its annoying.. I need to use my mic, but the earphone is acting like a mic, not the mic! its one of those earphones w/mic for iphone

on my desktop I successfully can use it as a mic, but on my netbook I can't

 

Static noise when using the earphone jacl


Hi i have a dell inspiron 5521 on windows 10 and i have all the audio drivers installed but when i put in my earphones a soft static or hissing noise plays and it is highly annoying, any help would be highly appreciated.
I have read many posts and have tried uninstalling drivers and reinstalling or disabling certain audio drivers but nothing seems to work.

Audio drivers are (sound controllers):
Intel display audio
realtek high defenition audio
camSute virtual audio
