Windows 10: Apple Macbook Pro with Win10 Pro 64. Can't connect bluetooth headphones

I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with all updates installed on a Macbook Pro 15", also with all updates installed for the current Apple OS. Bluetooth works perfectly well on the Apple side with Airpods Pro, Raycon 25s and Hesh headphones. However, in Windows 10, all devices are detected and after a few seconds, connection fails with a message to try again. I've tried every recommendation I've been able to find thus far with no luck. Since all devices work on the Apple side, and given that all three from different manufacturers fail, I believe this to be a Windows OS problem. Also, two other external bluetooth adapters were tried with no joy.

Cannot connect to bluetooth headphones after upgrade to Win10


I upgraded my Lenovo W530 running Win7 Pro 64 bit to Windows 10. After the upgrade I can no longer connect to my bluetooth headphones which worked before the upgrade. The bluetooth radio is on. When I click Connect in the Action Center it shows that the headphones are connected but they are not. The headphones (actually my hearing aids) play a notification sound when a bluetooth connection is made and I never hear that sound. If I play music the sound goes to the speaker, not my headphones. I have removed the headphones and repaired them. I have checked that all of the bluetooth device drivers are up to date in Device Manager. I would really appreciate any suggestions to solve this problem. Thanks.

 

Windows 10 Pro on Apple MacBook Pro

I installed a purchased (from Microsoft) copy of Windows 10 Pro on a new Apple MacBook Pro using Apple's Boot Camp Utility. Windows 10 Pro works perfectly on its partition, except there is no sound. Apple Support was sympathetic but referred me to Microsoft
Support. Microsoft support (in Manila) refused to even speak to me once I told them it was installed on an Apple machine. But, regardless of which vendor's hardware it is on, it is a Microsoft product and, looking into it further, it seems many Windows 10
users have a similar problem with no sound.

Any new ideas?

And, if Microsoft Support is monitoring this community, may I suggest that you not be so contemptuous of your customers.

 

bluetooth headphones

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank
