Windows 10: Apple Music App Installed from Microsoft Store No Longer Working on Windows 11

Hello Community,I installed the Apple Music app on my Windows 11 PC a while back, and it was working fine. However, today when I opened it to listen to music, it showed me as signed in but didn’t load any content. I tried repairing and resetting the app, but it didn’t help.I then uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the Microsoft Store. Although I could sign in successfully after reinstalling, I received a continuous error message: "An unknown error has occurred. Try again." Apple music and her problem with windows

I found a similar issue on the internet and they suggested terminating and repairing Apple Music through the App Settings might work. Go to the Settings > Apps. Find Apple Music in the list of installed apps. Click on Apple Music to select it. Click the Advanced Options link. Under the App termination section, click the Terminate button then scroll down to the Repair section. Click the Repair button. Follow any prompts or instructions that appear.

They also suggested opening Apple Music through the Microsoft Store works for them rather than the shortcut one that fails.

 

Apple Claims Steam Link App Violates App Store Guidelines

Look... the Steam app "violates" the App Store rules because Apple is coming out with something similar. You can't have a competitor operating in your own App Store.

Wat? Steam app is mostly Windows already. They don't need a Windows 10 app. Windows S is dead, you mean Windows 10 in S mode? S mode is for locked down environments like schools, demos, low spec computers, etc.

Don't know how we got to talking about Steam on Microsoft Store...
