Windows 10: Application Crashes When Loading Content

Greetings

This is Analis. I am having issues loading content in an application called Retroarch. I know that Retroarch is not made by Microsoft, it is made by Libretro. I load a ROM into the application, only for it to crash. I have tried different drivers and cores, but nothing has worked. I have even tried uninstalling the software then reinstalling it, but that does not work either. I was hoping you could provide me some assistance, as I am not getting anywhere. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you!

GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Contents of Applications folders


First attachment is list of items in problem account Applications folder.
Second is list of items in working account Applications folder.

Do you know from which folders the contents of the Applications folder are derived? I think the contents of AllApps comes from the superset of the following folder/directories:
- C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
I would assume that the contents of Applications are the superset of all executable shortcuts (i.e. not folders, not data files) within the directory trees beneath these directories? Plus others? I thought it was supposed to be everything on the machine, but that is obviously not true, if you compare the 2 attachments.

If/when I figure it out, I will post the solution . . .
