  1. Application does not exist but takes storage and shows in settings app

So I recently downloaded Riot Client to play League but realized that it wasn't on the right disk, so I moved the whole Riot games folder from my local disk C: to my other D: however after going in the settings, storage I saw that Riot Client app and that it took 11,8GB. I tried clicking uninstall in the settings app, since I've already moved and deleted everything from my files, but a message error saying "Window cannot find 'C:\Riot Games\Riot Client\RiotClientServices.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." since obviously it doesn't exist in my C: anymore. Now I'

Application not showing in default app

Do this for each file extension you want to set up to run with your chosen application: 1 Right click on a file with the file extension you want to set up, 2 Open with, 3 If the one you want is not in the list then Choose another app, 4 Set the Always use this ... checkbox, 5 If the one you want is not in the list then More apps, 6 If the one you want is not in the list then Look for another app on this PC, 7 Browse to and select the chosen application's .exe file, click on Open, 8 It will then open the file in the chosen app. 9 All other files with the same file extension should also run in your chosen app if you now simply double-click on them. Most of this is also explained with pretty pictures in Option 2 of Choose Default Apps - TenForumsTutorials but it leaves out my steps 6, 7. Instead, the tutorial takes a bit of a shortcut that I generally don't take. If you had only been interested in getting your chosen apps in the Open with list instead of working through to set them as the default app for those file extensions then I would have suggested a different tutorial: Remove, Add Programs from Open with Context Menu - TenForumsTutorials and I would have advised you to take note of post #26 in that tutorial thread Remove, Add Programs from Open with Context Menu [hexaae UWPApps note #26] - TenForumsTutorials All the best, Denis

  4. Application does not exist but takes storage and shows in settings app

Want to set up RAID 0 on existing XP installation

Thank you for your response........ It is indeed an external card. In the near future (when the pieces arrive) I will be building a workstation specifically for the application in question and will go with your recommendation to set up an internal RAID array. At any rate, I will still want my OS and applications on a dedicated HDD, seperate from this array.

In reading through the forum, it appears setting up the array on an existing XP machine is fraught with oportunities to create additional issues and until such time as the new PC exists, I think I will try this.

Again thank you for your suggestion.
