Windows 10: Application download errors.

When I try to open up a .zip application by extracting it to my downloads, it greets me with the error messages "This code execution cannot proceed because GlobalPlatform.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program..." and "This code execution cannot proceed because sqlite3.dll was not found...". I download the redistributable packages as before I was getting the ordinal and side to side error so that is not the problem.

Downloading an application error

When downloading an application on the HTC arrive I see the Error "unable to this information right now"

• signed into Hotmail
  
• data and internet are working
  
• happens with all applications
  
• want youtube application

anyone else seen this error and how to fix it.

 

Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

When I get to step 5 and type in

• regsvr32.exe mshtml.dllN

It gives me this:
