Windows 10: Application Icons do not show on all taskbars for multiple screens.

I have been using multiple screens for some time and have never had an issue with the app icons not displaying on the taskbar on all screens. Recently, on separate occasions, the taskbar will suddenly start displaying only app icons that are for windows on that screen. I have gone to the taskbar settings and ensured All Taskbars was selected it was never changed. But I still see different taskbars depending on the screen.

Have you tried the suggestions listed on the right side of the screen, Showing the battery icon on the taskbar, yet?

 

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

Problem with a combine taskbar icons.

In Windows 10, you can personalize the settings of your taskbar. If there are multiple applications opened, same applications will be combined under one taskbar button. If you want to change this setting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Press the Start button.
• Click on the Settings app.
• Select Personalization.
• At the left side of your window, click on Taskbar.
• Under Combine taskbar buttons, choose Never.
