  1. Application is suddenly blocked because "attempting to "Act as part of the operating system""

We have had this camera system for many years now. There is an admin server and two DVR servers all running Server 2012. Client software is installed on user PCs and they can browse and view cameras by running the client application and logging in.Last week, it seems about 9/1, my users have not been able to run the client application. When they launch it and log in, they get this error. At first I wondered about trust issues in the domain, since that seemed to be indicated, but the user accounts and computer accounts are all valid. I've found if I log into the PC as an admin local or doma

"Act as part of the operating system"

Well, Microsoft is very clear in all the documentation to NOT assign this right to normal users, but to rather use the LocalSystem account which has this right inherently.

Giving yourself this right would allow your user to run an application that can build an access token to impersonate another user, such as TrustedInstaller, but you can't really utilize this from your account alone. You would have to use the Win32 API to write an application that would do this.

The operating system is not presently configured to run this application.

Error message: The operating system is not presently configured to run this application

Even after doing all the above steps still my problem is not resolved. Please suggest some solution.
