Windows 10: Application keeps creating new directory

Discus and support Application keeps creating new directory in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Specifically the Dexcom Clarity Uploader application When I installed this application I had it install to a folder in Program Files (x86).     Application keeps creating new directory


    Specifically the Dexcom Clarity Uploader application

    When I installed this application I had it install to a folder in Program Files (x86). But whenever I open the application it creates a new folder in C:. This occurs every time, even if I delete the folder. This is a minor annoyance, as I like to keep my main C:\ drive organized.

    How can I prevent Dexcom from creating this new folder every time it runs, or at least create it within its install directory instead?

    YOUR ANSWER SUGGESTS AFTER I HAVE CREATED THE NEW DIRECTORY, MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I CREATE THE NEW DIRECTORY?

    I am trying to download a new application, but the creator strictly requests that I create a new directory for the application

    to be downloaded to (DO NOT USE C: PROGRAM FILES DIRECTORY) can someone tell me how to do this?
