    Folks,

    When installing applications in my desktop as sys admin, any link created is propagated uncommanded to other sys admin user.

    If the other sysadmin user links are removed from their desktop the original links on my account is automatically removed from my desktop .

    Similar behavior was seen in a Win7 installation with no obvious solution

    Current Win10 installation requires significantly more app links than Win7 and is not amenable to allowing spurious links to be propageted
