Windows 10: Application Name.exe – Bad Image” dbgcore.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or...

Whenever I try to use Discord, Epic Games Launcher, or update anything I get the error message above. I have tried to run sfc to fix it which does not work because I get an error Windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation.Afterwards I ran it in safe mode and got the exact same error message as before. I was told to use the chkdsk command in cmd to fix this and it didn't help at all. I have tried a system restore and upon startup I once again got the error message Application Name.exe – Bad Image” dbgcore.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. I have tried automatic repair as well and it did nothing to resolve my problem. I even gained ownership of the window32 file and deleted it and this also did nothing. I'm going mad trying to solve this issue and every article/ post I've looked at online is unhelpful. I'd greatly appreciate if someone could help me with my problem.



P.S This all started happening after Windows forced out an update

dbgcore.dll Bad Image (0xc000012f) & Application Error (0xc0150002)


I am encountering this problem on Windows 10 Pro

Errors i am seeing:
- i can't run Outlast, Geometry Dash, Assassin's Creed (even i reinstalled them) [separate errors]
- I am seeing less options [Shut Down & Log off, Task Manager] (on Right-Click Context Menu on Start Button)
- *APPNAME*.exe - Bad Image; C:\Windows\System32\dbgcore.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error...
- *APPNAME*.exe - Application Error; The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)

i unlocked the Adminstrator Account and the Right-Click Context Menu on Start Button has complete options, i didn't damage any system files, i think this error came from one thing that i don't know (a virus maybe?), how will i fix this? thanks for any response.

EDIT: i tried sfc /scannow and DaRT, Reset This PC options but nothing worked (Reset freezes at 8% and fails)

 

ACCELEROMETER ST EXE - BAD IMAGE

I KEEP GETTING THE POP UP "ACCELEROMETER ST EXE - BAD IMAGE" - with comment "SYSTEM32\MSVCR120.dll not designed for windows . . . . . error status 0xc000012f" How serious is this ?

 

Bad Image-Error MSVCP110.dll and MSVCR110.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.
