Windows 10: Application Proxy is currently disabled for your tenant P2 License

Does anyone know why my tenant would show app proxy disabled? Having issue in both of my Azure tenants, different domains. I removed old connector and installed it again to troubleshoot but I get the same error.I am able to see the connector in the Azure dashboard but still shows disabled. I have E5 license for my account that includes P2 license for both azure tenant domains

How to disable proxy on Windows 10?

Malicious software may change Windows Internet Explorer proxy settings and these changes can prevent disabling the Proxy.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to disable Proxy on Windows 10:

Click on Start, select Settings and navigate to
Network & Internet > Proxy.

1. Toggle the option Automatically detect settings
to ON.

2. Toggle the option Use a proxy server to

and then try to disable the Proxy in Internet Explorer.

Can't disable manual proxy setting

This issue could occur due to a malicious software may change Windows Internet Explorer proxy settings, and these changes can prevent disabling the Proxy.

You can follow the steps below to disable Proxy on Windows 10:

• Click the Start button, and go to Settings.
• Select Network & Internet.
• Choose Proxy.
• Toggle the option Automatically detect settings to ON.
• Toggle the option Use a proxy server to OFF.

If issue persists, we recommend you to reset the Internet Explorer settings, and try to disable the Proxy again. You can refer to this

How to disable proxy server

We appreciate your time responding back to us with the answers to our questions. Changing the user account type with full admin rights should resolve this issue. You can follow these steps to change the user account type on
Settings:

• Press the Windows key + I on your keyboard to open the
  Settings app.
• Click on Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Under Other people, choose your user account and click
  Change account type.
• Under Account type, choose Administrator from the drop down and click
  OK to complete the task.

After performing the above steps, try to disable the proxy server again and see if the issue persists.

In case that the first workaround didn't work, we suggest that you create a new user profile to test and try to disable the proxy server from there. If you have disabled it from the test user profile, it just means that your current user profile is corrupted.
