Windows 10: Application ScreenXpert for my ASUS Zenbook is not working. Cant open it, my touch pad does...

I up graded Windows 11 from Home version to Win 11 Pro.now my touch pad stop working properly, the numbers won't shouw up, and de backlight either turn on. At Asus they said this was a ScreenXpert aplication issue and I should contact you directly.need help!

ASUS Zenbook UX434. issues with click pad

Hi,

I have an ASUS Zenbook UX434. The display touch/mouse pad function is no longer working. How do I turn my display touch pad on to use as a mouse? It will display what is on my screen. When I search mouse properties there is no tab labeled touch or click
pad.

Any help would be appreciated.

How do I activate the number pad on my zenbook? It doesn't work if I just touch the icon on the touchpad. What settings should I do? Thank you.
