Windows 10: Application size and aspect ratio after fresh boot are reset

Hello, after boot, when I start the first time an application like word, excel or PDF viewer, the aspect ratio and size are reset and the apps are opened not in the same size like the last time closed.I have a 32:9 screen and several apps start in 32:9 aspect ratio in most cases useless, 3:4 would be betterI can then resize them and close - the next start they are the size and aspect ratio like closed before. But after reboot this is lost.Is there a way t avoid this reset of the size and ratio of windows after reboot? This problem came up last year but I don't know after which windows update

I'm looking for a Picture Aspect Ratio application that can give me a summary of all the Aspect Ratios of images in a folder.
(Small Education Course:
• High definition computer monitors have an Aspect Ratio of 16:9
• HDTVs usually have an Aspect Ratio of 16:10
• Remember old school computer monitors? The have an Aspect Ratio of 4:3

So check this out. I have a folder that has a lot of wallpaper images for the computer. Yet many of their dimensions are different. For example: 2560x1440, 1920x1080, 1600x900, 1280x720.
(Education course again: If you simplify those numbers, you will get 16x9 for all of them; hence the Aspect Ratio of 16:9)

I want an app that will analyze all the Aspect Ratios of the images in the folder (not the dimensions), and tell me which images don't have a 16:9 Aspect Ratio.

Adjusting Webcam Aspect Ratio

16:9 refers to the Aspect Ratio, and that is widescreen, whereas what you explained above would be an aspect ratio of 4:3 . . .

The videos you are creating, what application are you using to create those?
