Windows 10: Application to keybind certain expressions

Is there any application for Windows that lets me write down certain expressions using keyboard shortcuts?

Example:I want to insert "\frac{}{}" everytime I press Ctrl+Shift+F. (could need to have the app running to do this)



I tried using WinHotKey (https://directedge.us/content/winhotkey/) but to disappointing results.

disable keybinds

Thank you for your help. I did a little but more looking and it turnes out the specific keybind i was trying to disable isnt a windows keybind, its for the alt1 toolkit for runescape. Thank you again

 

Keybind for Microsoft Snip tool

Unfortunately, there's no native option to change it's keybind to start the Snip. I recommend you send this as suggestion via Feedback Hub app instead:Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app

If so then you must go one step back and check if your key binds survive the sleep state. Create a harmless keybind for notepad.exe, then see what happens.
