Windows 10: Application window moves artificially smooth and is lagged behind actual mouse movement.

Hey everyone I have a weird problem i have never encountered before... one of my applications is acting weird, when I grab the window and move it around the desktop it is extremely smooth not matching my actual mouse inputs and inputs also have .5-1 sec delay. This started happening after i restarted my computer. i suspect some sort mouse option got enabled somehow. only happens with this specific application. Doesn't have any negative effect just annoying and weird.

Specs: I7-8700-K, 2080ti, 16GB DDR4 3200mhz, m.2 SSD, Windows 10 pro 64bit

text cursor movement is not smooth when moving

when i move cursor in any text it move with a little lag...its not smooth at all.problem is not related to any application because it is same for notepad or with any application for example even moving it between web link it is same.another thing if i press
key repeatedly it get written alot faster as compare to when i hold the key

 

Mouse movement lag after update to Windows 10 v1803 Build 17134.48

Ever since I updated my Windows 10 Home Single Language to version 1803 and Build 17134.48 I've noticed a lot of lag in mouse movement on screen relative to physical movement on the touchpad. The mouse simply disappears on screen and appears elsewhere along
the direction in which I've moved it. This issue was not there previously and has appeared only after updating to the April 2018 Update. I've searched the forums and not found any similar problems. Would appreciate it if someone could suggest any fixes.

Windows 10 Mouse Lag

Hi Community,

Lack of smooth mouse movement: To sum up the issue, the cursor is not smooth and feels like it is lagging behind by a few noticeable milliseconds.

Context:

• I have tried a number of different things suggested in online articles but to no success so far
• In addition, this behaviour is consistent across multiple mice (in fact the current one I use is brand new)

Important info:

• Today I happened to notice something interesting. A few days ago, I connected a second monitor to my PC (nothing fancy, just a very basic Dell monitor). However, I noticed that when I move my mouse across to the second monitor, the problem doesn't exist.
  It seems to only exist on monitor 1 (below)
• It is worth noting that this issue existed before the second monitor was added, but I don't recall this always being an issue

Supporting info:

• Monitor 1: ASUS 4K (3840 x 2160) display
• Monitor 2: Dell 1280 x 1024 display
