Windows 10: Application windows only showing the outline when moving

Discus and support Application windows only showing the outline when moving in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; So this is really hard to explain so maybe my image will clear any confusions.     Application windows only showing the outline when moving


    So this is really hard to explain so maybe my image will clear any confusions. Btw when Im talking about windows Im not talking about the OS Im talking about the applications like Google Chrome window, file explorer window, etc. So my problem is when I move a window from one place to another (like in the image) it only shows the outline. Before it didnt do that. Maybe I touched something and now I dont how to change it.

    KB4056892 upate

    On a Compaq laptop when I try to download and install KB4056892, it looks like the update downloads but when I hit the RESTART button, the screen goes to blue with only the outline of the Windows 10 logo showing, and the computer freezes up. I have left
    it that way for 8 hours, still nothing happens. The only way to actually use the computer is do a forced shut down and re boot.

    Add fonts to Windows Phone 7

    While the steps Mark outlines are easy they are not applicable to the question. Mark is showing how a developer can add fonts to their own application. This has no impact outside of the application in which the developer follows the steps.

    Even more, that trik works only in the emulator. Tryed the same thing with Georgian, embedding sylfaen.ttf in the small app, that worked fine in the emulator, but when deployed to real device, failed...
