Windows 10: Applications closes automatically after few seconds

I have a problem that closes applications automatically and I have tried everything but nothing works

I've tried this but it didn't work.

Anybody else have this issue and how can I resolve this? I can't even factory reset my PC because the reset window will close itself after a while.

Apps and office crashed or automatically closed after few seconds

My HP support, dongle app and few other apps are not working and all office applications like word, excel etc are automatically closed just after 2 second. Whats wrong with my lapi? suggest me if it can be repaired.
