Windows 10: Applications crash when past 50% ram

So as the title says, whenever my computer uses more than 50% ram, everything kind of glitches out and says that there is insufficient memory even though it's only using 8/16GB of ram that can be used. My computer detects that there is 16gb so then why is it not using it all and crashes everything instead? This is kind of annoying when I have a bunch of applications opened as well as my 3d modeling software and it just kind of crashes because of missing memory.

Is there anyway I could fix this issue?

Ram at 50%

Hello everyone i have this problem where my ram is always at 50% above and i jist reformatted my laptop a while ago i have no apps or games but the ram is already at 50% above what should i do? My specs are ryzen 3 3200U 4gb ram

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
