Windows 10: Applications do not finish downloading

Hello, I installed Minecraft Launcher from the Microsoft Store, but when I started the download, it kept downloading until it reached 60.38 MB. After this point it keeps downloading and never finishes. It won't go above 60.38 MB. However, in windows the launcher appears and runs with no apparent problem. Microsoft's game service has also been installed, but it never runs. I try to run it and it does nothing. I find it strange that the launcher is supposed to be 10 MB and more than 60 MB are being installed. I have rebooted the device and nothing. I have tried resetting the Microsoft

In order to further diagnose the issue, I would suggest you to check the same issue with the new user account.

Try these steps to create a new user account and check if it fixes the issue. Refer to the steps below to create a new User Account:

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select Other User Accounts towards the left.
• Select Add an Account.
• Enter a user name and hit Next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
• Check if issue persists.

Windows 10 won't finish download

I am having this same issue.

  Which are the steps that you have tried? STARTING THE DOWNLOAD, CLEANING OUT THE SYSTEM FILE PER A SUGGESTION ON THIS THREAD, UNINSTALLING APPS, DISK CLEANUP, TRYING TO DOWNLOAD AGAIN
  
• 
  Are you exactly trying to upgrade to Windows 10 or to do a clean install of Windows 10? UPGRADE TO WINDOWS 10
  
• 
  Does your system meet the minimum requirements? YES

Application not appearing anywhere on the screen

• How did you downloaded the application is it through windows store or browser?

I would suggest you to check in downloads folder in the file explorer.

Follow the below steps.

• Press windows key + E.
• Click on the This PC.
• Select the download folder & check if application is downloaded.
