Windows 10: applications slow to open after Windows 11 23h2 update

I updated to Windows 11 23H2 about 3weeks ago, and I have a lot issues with specific applications opening up slowly > 1-2 minutes. Prior to the upgrade, it worked fine.1. WSL used to take a couple of seconds to open up in the terminal. Now it 2-5 minutes. 2. rsa securid token takes a couple of minutes3. Snagit editor can take up to 30 seconds4. Occasionally the "New" Teams locks up for a couple of minutes.this never happened prior to the update. I cloud install and then re-installed the apps I use. Same issue keeps occurring.Any idea what it could be. I have lenovo thinkbook with AMD

Cannot install Windows 11 23H2

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

Windows 11 23H2 upgrade broke File Explorer, it will not run

Good news!

Problem seems to be fixed by 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190) update released 11/14 that I installed on 11/15. In the Knowledge Base notes is the following under File Explorer:

• This update addresses an issue that stops File Explorer from opening.
  

It worked for me, no longer have any problems, no need to re-install (somehow I couldn't roll back 23H2 update and had no recovery point before that time).
