At first I thought I was going crazy or that I hadn't installed a program but after knowing I downloaded Logitech Options + the day before an update and it being gone the next day, I know something is up. I know it's windows fault because I have this issue on two different computers with windows 11 and this being a fresh install, the only other program I have is chrome and slack. It is driving me absolutely mad. I shouldn't have to constantly re-install applications. Windows shouldn't touch my applications. It happens after an update is installed. Whatever it is it needs to stop.Fresh install

    :)

Unable to uninstall an app on Windows 10

    Hello dayhiker4k,

First, I went ahead and moved this thread to the appropriate category, so no need to worry about that. Thanks for letting us know about this.

Regarding your concern, I have listed below the most basic steps on how to uninstall a program on Windows 10 via settings. Try it out and see if it helps:

    • On the Start menu, select Settings.
    • Select Apps.
    • Select the program, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built into Windows can't be uninstalled.
    • Follow the instructions on the screen.

If the above step won't work, I suggest that you check with Webroot's support website for steps on how to completely uninstall their programs. Some anti-virus apps require certain permissions, or may have have different steps to perform in order to completely
take it out of the system.

If you're still having trouble uninstalling the app, the last resort that I can share to you is to uninstall it using
Command Prompt. Follow the steps provided by Ramesh.Kumar from
this link and let us know the outcome.

We'll keep an eye out to your response.

unable to uninstall program - not in programs list Win 11

I have been trying to uninstall Adobe Photoshop Elements. It is running successfully under Win 11. It is not shown in Programs & Features. There is no uninstall app. It is not in the Uninstall list in the registry. I tried Revouninstaller but that doesn't see it either. Adobe haven't responded to my request for help.

If anyone has any further suggestions I would be happy to try them. Many thanks
