Windows 10: Apps and programs can only be open by an administrator

Hello,I have an issue since last week: the apps installed on my laptop cannot be opened by a standard user anymore. If I try to open Firefox with a standard user account for example, I get an error message indicating that the program is already running but not responding, and that I have to wait or restart the program. I have this for all the apps I try to open as a standard user.I tried to create a new standard user account, I could open the apps with no problem using this new account until I restarted the PC. Then I had the same issue as described above. When I turn the standard user account

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

If you're bothered of seeing the UAC pop-ups, you can get rid of them by setting programs to run in administrator mode by default. There are a few steps to run an application as administrator by default that you can try. Kindly follow the steps below to
make the changes:

• Open the Start menu and click All apps. Find the program you want to always run in administrator mode and right-click on the shortcut. In the pop-up menu, click Open file location. Only desktop programs (not native Windows 10 apps) will have this option.
• A File Explorer window will open to the location of the program you want to access. Right-click on the program and click Properties from the pop-up menu.
  
• In the Properties window, click the Shortcut tab and then click Advanced
  
• In the Advanced Properties window, check the box next to Run as administrator and click OK.
  
• The program will now open in administrator mode when you click the shortcut from the Start menu. You'll need to repeat these steps for each program you want to have this feature.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
