    Apps can't connect to the internet when im clearly connected


    I use the LAN on my computer but for some time now apps cannot connect even though browsers and anything else can.When I apps I mean things like Nvidia GeForce Experience, Steam and Wemod.I have tried everything I could find including this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/apps-cant-connect-to-the-internet-when-im-clearly/ad9809af-c3d6-43ec-9f92-c4e70bd4fe49But to no avail. how can I fix this problem?
