Windows 10: Apps close in a few seconds after starting the computer

Whatever I open after starting the computer the apps will shut down in a few seconds. I've tried Edge. Chrome and some other games, the results are all the same. It seems like whatever I run in a few minutes after starting windows have the same issue.Restarting the computer does not solve the problem, as well as checking the updates of the system and gpu drives.Also, I don't know if it is related, my Edge seems to take a lot more memory than before.WIndows version: Windows 11, version 23H2

Apps start for a second and closes

after my update to windows 11, most apps are not functioning anymore.

They open for 1 second and close or they put an error (for example the photos app is now corrupt and I can't open images)

Please I need a help top this I've tried everything on google such as

• Update the Apps
  
• Update Windows 11
  
• Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
  
• Repair/Reset/Reinstall the Apps
  
• Run the Windows Update Service
  

 

Any Program Starts and then 10 seconds later Closes. Why?

My system is 64 Bit Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19043 with Update 21H1 My program was working. I saved a copy of my work then later came back to continue working. The program would start then 10 seconds later would close. My programs including Teamspeak, Mobile Plans, Zoom, Windows Administrative Tools, Notepad and many 3rd party programs now all do the same thing. The only programs that will continue to work are MS Office, File Explorer, Task Manager and MS Edge. I am able to open JPG files in File Explorer. If I go into Settings and go to Update & Security, Recovery, Reset This Computer, the routine will open but then close 5 - 10 seconds later. I can go to Control Panel, select uninstall a program and the routine will start and then close. I cannot install a program through Control Panel nor can I run Restore.exe. The programs or routines start and the close without achieving a result. As I have indicated the computer was working well, it had not been turned off and then when I came back to do more work the above problems occurred. Can anybody suggest the next step other than re-formatting the drive?

If you wish to access the Start screen similar to Windows 8.1, follow the below steps.

  Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open the settings menu.
  
• 
  Click on Personalization.
  
• 
  Select Start from the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Turn on the Use start full screen.
  

After performing above steps, if you click on the Windows button at the top left corner on the desktop screen, you may access the Start screen similar to Windows 8/8.1 Operating system.

Open start menu, type Feedback app in search bar and click on feedback app to open it. Post your suggestions in feedback app.
