    Apps Crashing on Launch! I don't know what to do!


    I've had my computer for quite a while now (maybe a few years), and some time ago I had a problem with some apps closing on startup. This was fine as I figured out how to fix it from the internet and everything was fine after that. But just now it started doing it again. Only difference was that it was with almost all apps. I can't open settings, any browsers, steam, device manager, windows powershell (admin or not) and many others. The only apps I got to work are files, app store and Discord. But I don't have any idea whats wrong this time. I am on Windows 10 and have all updates, but I do not have any troubleshooting apps installed.


    I am open to any solutions but I am not keen on deleting all data from my computer.

    OS version 7629. I don´t know wich version is that, NoDO? Mango?

    I just bought a Samsung Focus AT&T Rev.1.3. It comes with OS version 7629. I don´t know wich version is that, NoDO? Mango? Third Pary apps just crash after I open them, help!

    I understand that you are unable to launch Microsoft Solitaire Collection and it crashes when you launch it, we will look into this for you. However, please reply with the following details to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps:



    • What happens when you launch Microsoft Solitaire Collection?
    • Do you read any error message when you launch the game? If yes, what is the error message?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?


    In the meantime, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

    Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store     and see if that helps.

    Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
    i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
