Windows 10: apps disapeared on windows 8.1

Discus and support apps disapeared on windows 8.1 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; My computer must have done a refresh , many of my programs/apps have disappeared, replaced with a folder saying "Apps removed while refreshing your PC"...     apps disapeared on windows 8.1


    My computer must have done a refresh , many of my programs/apps have disappeared, replaced with a folder saying "Apps removed while refreshing your PC" . All my business programs which I need have gone, & many Acer ones have now appeared. System restore only go's back 1 day, its gives me no other options.Please help

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
