Windows 10: Apps & features Account Issue - Stuck on Organization Login - Windows 11

Hello,I am having issues trying to sign into my personal Microsoft account to "continue app experiences across your devices" under the Settings > Apps > Apps & features options. Whenever I try to login I am brought to my old organizational account login for an organization I no longer work for and I cannot login to my personal account because it requires an organizational login. Is there a way I can stop Windows from trying to login an organizational account?P.S. Under Settings > Accounts I am signed into my personal account, not my organizational account.

Hi,

I tried everything that you suggested.

I am trying to login to Microsoft account.

And I am able to login using the web interface.

I used on-screen keyboard too. But the issue persists. It gives an error, and asks to try again.

Please help. I am stuck.

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

This issue might occur if you are logged in as Default administrator account.

• To assist you better, please provided us the information below:
  
  Are you logged in as Microsoft Account or Local Account? Have you whether you logging into default Administrator account which will displayed as Adminstrator at the login page?
• Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
• Is the issue specific with opening a particular app or with all the apps?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to try to log out from the current user account and then try to login to the Microsoft Account with email address and password.
